We want you to love your clean essentials, but if something isn't right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original MATE packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
